ADvantage Program

In our 50+ years of delivering meals to seniors and people with disabilities in the Tulsa area, Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa is proud to now provide meals as an ADvantage service provider. We can now help even more seniors and people with disabilities to remain living safely and independently in their own homes as long as possible.

Home-Delivered Meals

Our home-delivered meal service currently provides hot and frozen, locally prepared, diabetic- and heart-friendly meals in Tulsa County. We have 3 different menu types: Regular, Chicken & Vegetarian (no beef, pork, or fish), and Vegetarian. Each meal comes with a beverage bag that includes bread, juice, and fruit. A combination of hot and frozen meals are delivered on a multi-day schedule, which means more opportunity to provide ADvantage members with caring contact. If a member only wants frozen meals they are delivered once a week, with the delivery day depending on your location in our delivery area.
