Home-Delivered Meals

Our home-delivered meal service provides hot and frozen meals prepared locally with your health in mind. Each meal is designed to be diabetic- and heart-friendly, ensuring optimal nutrition for seniors and people with disabilities.

We offer three meal types to meet diverse dietary needs:

• Regular Meals

• Chicken & Vegetarian (no beef, pork, or fish)

• Vegetarian

Every delivery includes a beverage bag with bread, juice, and fruit. Meals are delivered 3-5 days a week, ensuring fresh and nutritious options throughout the week. For those preferring frozen meals, we provide weekly deliveries based on your location in Tulsa County.​

Medically Tailored Meal Options

We specialize in providing meals tailored to meet specific health conditions, such as diabetes or heart disease. Our goal is to support your health and wellness through proper nutrition. Whether you’re managing chronic conditions or following a doctor-recommended diet, our medically tailored meals are here to help.
