Services

• Standard services include five (5) nutritious meals per week, delivered weekly between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on weekdays.

  • Hot meals, delivered 3 times a week, are currently available in some areas – call for current availability.

• Regular, Chicken or Vegetarian only, and Vegetarian meal options are available.

• All meals are medically-tailored for diabetic- and heart-friendly diets.

• Shelf Stable meals, also known as Blizzard Boxes, are delivered during winter months and to those without space for frozen meals.
   

Funding / Cost

• More Than A Meal™ services are based on the numbers of meals received each month:

  • Sliding Scale / Charitable – These meals are paid for by donations. Clients will receive a monthly donation request based on your ability to contribute. There is a waiting list for these services.

  • Private Pay – Meals are paid for by the client or other designee. Clients or designee will receive a monthly statement based on the number of meals received, valued at $6.44 per meal delivered.

  • Contract – Clients can receive our meals through contracts we hold with other entities.  Clients can apply directly with our contract partner(s), and they will cover the cost of your meals.  We are current contracted with the ADvantage Program (Apply for ADvantage Program Services) and Life PACE (How to Enroll in Life PACE Program).
